Dr. Shankar B Medikeri

I had undergone turbinoplasty and conchoplasty last year at the Medikeri Superspeciality ENT Center.

The surgery was conducted by Dr. Anita Krishnan and Dr. Shankar Medikeri. I was quite skeptical and fearful for getting this surgery done. However, it is one year now and I can feel the benefits gained post surgery.

Dr. Anita Krishnan is a great doctor who gives a very honest and correct opinion as well as shares the pros and cons upfront.

Dr. Shankar Medikeri is one of the greats in this field and made me quite comfortable after the surgery was done by reaffirming that it had gone well.

Dr.Arti Karat provided post-surgery guidance.She is a soft spoken lady who is quite meticulous in her work and provides thorough guidelines to be followed post surgery.

Overall, I was quite pleased with my experience at the Medikeri Superspeciality ENT Center.

I wish them good luck and continued success in the noble work which they do by treating patients.

Just to pay my gratitude to Dr Shankar B Medikeri & his associates I am putting up this comments. When I landed to this ENT Hospital 2 years back, health-wise I was in very bad shape & never expected to get back to life again. Thanks to Dr Medikeri & his staff I am living a normal life for 2 ➕️ years now. My sincere regards & thanks to Dr. Medikeri.

My mother had throat problems. The doctor diagonsed her with acute laryngitis and gave medicines accordingly. But she did not recover. When we went to a different doctor she was diagnosed with thyroid problems. Also from what she was going through it could never be a acute laryngitis but a chronic one even if she had laryngitis problem. *** ***** ********* *** ***** *** **** the doctor seemed so dis interested in treatment. Very very bad!!! I am feeling so sorry for my mother as I took her there.

I have been consulting from many years, and always there is an increase in consulting fees drastically. It is not 500 as your website says, it is 600 and for a follow up within a week it is 400 which is unfair and hard on a lot of patients like me.

It was a nice experience. Doctor examined my father in law carefully and explained the problem.Many ENT SPECIALIST of Bangalore advised us for surgery, he is able to resolve this issue with medicine. It was a homely experience. The clinic is clean and peaceful.

went for vertigo issue, doctor did not explain the problem and we had to ask multiple questions and no satisfactory ans provided. asked us to do test ***** **** *** ********* **** ********* ****** ********** ******** *** ****** **** ******* ***** ******** *** ***** **** ****** had to visit another doctor *** ******* *** ******** *** ***** ** **** ******* ************* ** ********* not recommended -long wait time, highly priced and unfriendly doctor and treatment.

I went to the medikeris clinic in basavangudi,to get my son operated for his Ear cholesteatoma.My son who is just 7 yrs old [and very cranky too ]felt very relaxed in their presence.Doctor shankar and Gaurav medikeri were both excellent in performing these kind of surgeries.These 2 doctors along with Anitha krishnan have done the surgery for my son and it took almost 3 hrs to complete.My son came back very happily almost with No pain at all. Its very amicable environment in the hospital.I do not want to comment anything about surgery charges because it very very very less when compared to corporate hospitals.As a mother, who will feel very painful from within your heart to see your son/daughter suffering with pain from these kind of illness,my only suggestion is,without any second thought ,just step into this clinic.Last but not least, hatsoff to all the doctors panel in medikeris clinic including the Anesthetic Specialist, chandrasekhar.You are the Best!!!

Visited doctor to get treatment for sinusitis. ***** ** ** **** ****** *** rude. He called inside for consultation and keep texting in mobile for 10 mins. For sinusitis treatment he asked me to go through CT scan. After showing CT result he asked me to go through endoscopic sinusitis surgery immediately. I asked him multiple times if surgery is really necessary. I took my father who is 74 years to check his ear pain. Had to wait for more than 1 hour. After this when we went inside consultation room, he just spent 2-3 minutes. Did not ask for any history. Was not patient enough to listen to us. during this time also attending phone call. Should have been more courteous. ***** * ****** ******* * ***** ******** **** **** ** *************

It is not worth visiting and paying Such high consultation fees 2-3 minutes.

They did not give the receipt for payment of Rs.750 as consultation fees.

Even I tried asking more questions, he was not ready listen patiently.

I went with high expectation since it is an ENT hospital. But disappointed after meeting the doctor.

I will never visit this doctor/hospital again and I won't suggest anybody to visit him. **** ****** ** *********

I won't recommend him considering his apathy for patients.
